Formal Scoping Opinion
Wind2 has requested a formal Scoping Opinion from the Scottish Government Energy Consents Unit (ECU).
An Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Scoping report for Lairdmannoch Energy Park has been provided to support this request and provides information in respect of the proposed development.
